ORDERING

Here at The Lane & Co many of our styles are limited edition. In most cases designs will not be restocked, however if you would like to enquire about a particular style please contact hello@thelaneandco.com.

You don't need to create an account to shop with us but here's some perks if you do, plus it only takes seconds to create!

The Lane & Co accepts Master Card, Visa, AfterPay and PayPal at www.thelaneandco.com. We accept Mastercard, Visa, & Afterpay in our Australian retail stores. We also accept The Lane & Co Giftcards in store and online.

To redeem discount or promotional codes they must be placed in the discount/gift card box at checkout, then click 'Apply'. Once applied the discount will be visible in your carts total. Promotional Codes can not be used to purchase gift cards. Please note if you purchase something of lesser value than the value of the code the remaining amount will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, exchanged, credited or applied to another order and is not redeemable for cash. Current promotions and/or discount codes cannot be used on previously paid purchases.

The Lane & Co understands that you may want to cancel your order after purchasing. 

In order to cancel your order for a refund please contact hello@thelaneandco.com.

Please note we cannot cancel your order after it has been despatched and you will have to arrange a change of mind return to our warehouse after you receive your order. See our change of mind returns policy here.

When purchasing with The Lane & Co please note that we only charge for transportation costs to your country. The Lane & Co cannot be held liable for any customs fees charged by your country's government upon importation of the goods. 

We advise you research your governments customs & duties fees for importing goods from outside your country before placing your order with The Lane & Co.

It is at the discretion of The Lane & Co weather or not to offer a refund for the goods in question, however any customs fees that may have been incurred will be deducted from the total refund issued after receival of the returned goods.

Please note when purchasing with The Lane & Co we only charge for transport costs to your country. We are not held liable for any customs fees charged by your country upon import of the goods.

If your order has not yet been received within the postage time frames outlined here, we ask that you kindly check the tracking information on your order.  Upon despatch of your order you would have received an email stating your tracking number.

If the tracking on your order has had no movements or has been sent to or delivered to an incorrect area please contact us at hello@thelaneandco.com and we will look into the matter immediately.

Unfortunately we cannot combine orders. If your orders have not yet been despatched we will offer to cancel all your orders which the garments can then be re-purchased online in one singular order. Please note The Lane & Co takes no responsibility if the re-stocked garments sell out or become unavailable before you are able to re-place your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The Lane & Co is happy to refund/exchange or credit items that are deemed faulty by The Lane & Co. Requests for faulty items must be made within 30 days of placing your online order and 14 days of your instore purchase. It is at the discretion of The Lane & Co upon accessing the garment that depending on the conditions of the garment, how the product was washed, cared for and the extent of the fault, to then offer either a refund, exchange or credit.

If you believe your item to be faulty please contact hello@thelaneandco.com with your name, order number, details of the fault and preferably with some photographs displaying the fault. We will endeavour to attend to your email as soon as possible.

PROMOTIONS & GIFTCARDS

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
The Lane & Co promotions & discount codes are valid for a specific time frame only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. To redeem discount codes they must be placed in the discount box at checkout. Discount codes can not be used to purchase gift cards. Please note if you purchase something of lesser value than the value of the discount code the remaining amount will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, exchanged, credited or applied to another order and is not redeemable for cash. Current promotions and/or discount codes cannot be used on previously paid purchases.

GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are digital only and no shipping is charged for purchases of gift cards. If gift cards are purchased in the same transaction as any other product shipping will be charged as usual. After purchase of a Gift Card you will receive an email of your digital gift card and instructions on how to redeem it. To redeem simply insert your gift card code into the discount box at checkout. Gift Cards have one (1 years) expiry from the date of purchase. The Lane & Co reserves the right to not honour a gift card exceeding its expiration date.

To earn points on your order you must ensure you have created an account by clicking the 'Login' icon in the top corner of the website. Follow the prompts to create an account.
