Below outlines the terms & conditions of current promotions available at The Lane & Co. If you have any questions in regards to any promotion please email email@example.com.
Due to the high demand of some of The Lane & Co's products, there is the chance that products will oversell if Afterpay is used at checkout. If you are using Afterpay to checkout, please note you may run the risk of your carted items overselling. This is due to Afterpay's payment gateway lagging. The Lane & Co is not responsible for goods overselling for customers who use Afterpay and we may have to refund/ cancel those orders which have oversold. If you wish to cancel or do a change of mind return for your order, please note a fee of 6% will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover The Lane & Co's charge to Afterpay.
COMBINE ME TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The discount code “combine” must be used on your second/ third/ order for us to be able to combine them. Your order must be placed before 11:30AM AEST same day for them to packaged together. The discount code will be turned off at 11:30AM AEST to be able to commence packing. Any order places after this time will not be combined. If your order has already been shipped unfortunately we will not be able to combine your order. Order MUST be placed within 30 minutes of your first order for it to be shipped together before. If you place an order with the combining option on your original order you will be asked to pay an invoice after all orders have been packed which may delay your order. Combing orders does not fall into the promotion of free shipping over $150. Not in conjunction with any other offer.
No returns on sale items. All sale purchases are final. If a product is deemed faulty by The Lane & Co after purchase, customer service may offer a store credit or refund at their discretion. There are no exchanges for sale items.
PICK UP SERVICE
The Lane & Co offers a pickup service for customers who live locally to The Lane & Co Shop. Pick up times are available during shop hours. Please refer to the email you receive in regards to when your order is ready for pick up. Pick up orders MUST be collected within 3 business days. If you do not collect your order within this time frame, The Lane & Co will contact you in regards to organising postage costs at the buyer's expense.

From time to time on exclusive styles, The Lane & Co will limit quantities to make it fair for all our customers. This can vary but is usually between one and two per customer. Details will be stated within the description on the product. If The Lane & Co finds multiple orders are placed and the limit is exceeded we may contact you in regards to cancelling one or more of your orders.
TLC REWARDS DISCOUNT CODES
All orders made after a customer signs up to the TLC Loyalty Program will receive loyalty points for their purchases. They will receive 10 points for every dollar spent. Once the customer has accrued enough points to claim a one-time loyalty discount code they can redeem the discount code via the TLC Rewards Tab on the website. When used at checkout, the discount code value is deducted off the final order value, excluding shipping costs. All loyalty discount codes and gifts claimed are a ONE TIME offer and are not be used in conjunction with any other offer, are not returnable, cannot be exchanged and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any points/reward discount codes used on purchases are non-returnable. If the customer chooses to cancel their order for a refund or store credit any points used will not be reassigned to your account nor will the discount code be re-activated.
Example: Customer purchases Fern dress ($54.95 with $30 loyalty discount) then decides for a change of mind return. The customer will ONLY be refunded the out of pocket expense ($24.95) and the points/ loyalty discount will be forfeited.
Example 2: Customer purchases 3 items. Customer wants to return only 2 items. As the discount value was deducted off the total cart value (not individual products) the discount is evenly spread across all products purchased and any refund or store credit issued will be of the out of pocket expense that the customer paid.
Loyalty discount codes cannot be combined with any other discount code.
Loyalty gifts will be rotated often and changed frequently. All loyalty gifts are non-refundable/non-exchangeable/non-redeemable for cash. All loyalty mystery boxes are non-refundable/non-exchangeable/ not redeemable for cash. Loyalty rewards mystery boxes can consist of exclusive items which may also be used as 'lucky duck' items in other promotions. A minimum cart total of $50.00 must apply before using a $10 or $30 loyalty discount code. If claiming the loyalty mystery box, postage costs of $10.00 must be paid via invoice. TLC discounts cannot be applied on sale orders.
As of October 2019 all gift cards have a three year expiry from the date they are purchased. Giftcards purchased prior to this date have a one year expiry. The Lane & Co reserves the right to not honour a gift card if it is out of the expiry date. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash/non-refundable.
At The Lane & Co we offer a fabulous mystery box which is choosing your size and you will receive a surprise. The Lane & Co does not offer a refund/ store credit/ change of mind for mystery box purchases. All mystery box sales are final.
When ordering a pre-order product, The Lane & Co gives a 6 - 8 week time frame for pre-order products to be dispatched. If you place your order with express shipping, this does not ensure your order will be dispatched prior to other orders. There is strictly no refunds or store credits given for change of mind on pre-order products.
Discount codes must be placed in the discount box at checkout. Discount codes can not be used to purchase gift cards. They cannot be combined. Please note if you purchase something of lesser value than the value of the discount code the remaining amount will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, exchanged, credited or applied to another order and is not redeemable for cash. Current promotions and/or discount codes cannot be used on previously paid purchases. Only one discount code can be used per transaction. Discount codes can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
